Salbute Injection
Category: Nonsteroidal anti-infl ammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic injection for horses.
Product Description: Formulated with Phenylbutazone 186 mg/mL and Sodium salicylate 50 mg/mL, designed to relieve musculoskeletal pain and infl ammation in horses.
Indication: Used for the treatment of arthritis, arthrosis, bursitis, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, tenosynovitis, and infl ammation of skin and soft tissues. Also aids in managing febrile conditions by addressing the underlying cause.
Administration and Dosage:
• 10–20 mL per 450 kg (1–2 mL/45 kg) daily by slow intravenous (IV) injection.
• Depending on response, dosage may be reduced to 5–10 mL per 450 kg (0.5–1 mL/45 kg) daily for 5–6 days.
